Broccoli Cheddar Bites Ingredients:
- 1 cup of small broccoli florets
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup (50g) shredded cheddar cheese (or lower sodium cheese like mozzarella for under 12 months)

Directions for Making Broccoli Cheddar Bites:
- Preheat oven to 375ºF (190ºC).
- Grease a mini-muffin pan or line with 4 cupcake liners.
